Job Description
EuroTech Manufacturing is looking for an experienced Production Manager to lead our automotive components manufacturing facility in Munich.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily production operations and schedules
- Implement lean manufacturing and continuous improvement
- Lead and develop production team of 80+ staff
- Ensure quality standards and ISO certifications
- Optimize production efficiency and reduce waste
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Engineering or Manufacturing
- 7+ years of manufacturing management experience
- Lean Six Sigma certification
- Experience with automotive manufacturing standards
- German and English language proficiency
