Job Description
The International School of Barcelona is seeking a passionate and experienced English Teacher for our secondary school program following the International Baccalaureate curriculum.
Key Responsibilities
- Teach English Language and Literature to secondary students
- Prepare lesson plans aligned with IB curriculum standards
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback
- Participate in parent-teacher conferences
- Contribute to curriculum development
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in English, Education, or related field
- Teaching certification (PGCE, QTS, or equivalent)
- Minimum 3 years of teaching experience
- Experience with IB or international curriculum preferred
- Native or near-native English proficiency
