Job Description
LuxuryStay Hotels & Resorts is looking for an exceptional Hotel General Manager to lead our flagship 5-star property in Rome.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all hotel operations and departments
- Develop and manage annual budgets and P&L
- Lead and mentor department heads and staff
- Ensure exceptional guest satisfaction scores
- Drive revenue through strategic initiatives
Requirements
- 10+ years of hospitality management experience
- Previous experience as GM in a 5-star property
- Strong financial acumen and P&L management
- Fluency in English and Italian
- Hospitality degree preferred
