Key Responsibilities
- Advise clients on M&A transactions and corporate restructuring
- Draft and negotiate transaction documents
- Conduct legal due diligence
- Coordinate with international legal teams
- Provide regulatory compliance guidance
Requirements
- Qualified lawyer with 7+ years PQE
- Admitted to practice in England & Wales or EU jurisdiction
- Strong M&A deal sheet with cross-border experience
- Excellent drafting and negotiation skills
- Experience with EU competition law
